Terms and condition

I confirm that I am over 16 years of age and all the information provided by me during registration is accurate and true.

I understand that the Entries to the THREEFA awards are personal to the applicant, entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

I understand that no refund can be given if the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances outside the award organizer’s control.

I understand that if I don't want to continue designing in the competition and I want to quit, my entry fee will not be refunded.

I understand that the award organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications, including duplicate applications, or alter the date of the grand event of campaign CADI.

I understand that albatross consortium, or partners of the event, will not be liable for any injury, loss, or expense which may arise in consequences of my participation in this event.

I understand that any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of me captured during the event,  become the sole property of albatross consortium. I grant the right, permission, and authority to albatross consortium and its designees to use my name and any such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promoting advertising, and marketing activities. I further understand that albatross consortium have the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses

I hereby acknowledge that I understand the nature of the Event and am aware of the risks involved in participating in this event. I am aware and understand that the Company has not given any warranties (expressed or implied) about, including but not limited to, the safety and fitness of use of the goods, equipment, and obstacles being used for the event and that any warranty in this regard has been disclaimed.
